When hiring new managers, are you careful to discern good judgment?

King Solomon wrote, "Leave the presence of a fool..." (Proverbs 14:7, NASB).

The dictionary defines a fool as "a person lacking in judgment or prudence."

During an interview, ask three key questions.

How do you interview your staff members, and what questions do you ask?

How do you keep staff apprised of company information that affects everyone?

How do you define the job of a manager?

Allow complete answers.

When you determine poor judgment with these three questions, quickly move on with more interviews and build a great business team.
