Do you ever deliver messages by e-mail that should be delivered in person?

The apostle John wrote, " I have many things to write you...I hope to come to you and speak face to face" (2 John 1:12, NASB).

E-mail is quick, provides a written record and is inexpensive, but it's a limited communication method.

When delivering any sort of bad news, go personally. You'll show concern and will able to answer questions and clarify key points.

Colleagues appreciate the personal attention and respond more favorably with your personal contact.

Speak face-to-face when delivering bad news, and you will place your best foot forward for success!
