Solomon wrote, "...there is one who withholds what is justly due, but it results only in want" (Proverbs 11:24, NASB).
Staff turnover will be challenging, but effective managers keep turnover to a minimum.
Withholding anything when due will cause staff to leave.
Be liberal with praise for work well done, because we all like to be appreciated.
Give raises to star performers early, and pay according to what they deliver. Saving a little per hour could cost you a star employee.
Do your part in keeping staff by paying promptly what is due your staff.
