Business travel is hard and keeps us away from home.
Consider travel as pure business time.
Take work with you, read documents that are backed up, write those letters or memos that you haven't gotten to.
Make telephone calls if possible by calling from airports and from your room.
Keep your e-mail up-to-date. Stay focused on work.
When you return home, the backlog will be less, and you will have time with your family.
