Often we may have a new product idea, improvement or concept.
Effective, detailed implementation is more important than to have the concept perfect before you start.
If the idea is better, go forward. Waiting for perfection in the concept stage will be the enemy of a better idea now.
Focus on the detail, make changes and adjustments as you go--but start.
