When customers are unhappy, are you prompt to offer a solution?

Isaiah was speaking from the Lord and wrote, "Moreover, he will seek justice and be prompt in righteousness" (Isaiah 16:5, NASB).

Don't fight over customer complaints. If you made a mistake, performed poor service or product quality slipped, own up immediately and fix the problem.

I have experienced returning a defective product and been forced to jump through hoops to receive a refund. The seller lost the goodwill that would have been earned by acting quickly.

Improve good will and do the right thing for customers, and those customers will return.
