When a task must be done now, are you clear with staff?

When Jesus sent the disciples across a lake, He "immediately made" them "get into the boat" (Matthew 14:22).

Often, a job must be done now to serve a customer request or meet a deadline.

We must be clear and explicitly state that the task must be done now, not tomorrow.

We may assume the employee should know the urgency, but they may not. Take the responsibility to be clear.

Be clear with urgent requests for effective follow through.
