- Go to Settings
- Click on Accounts/Passwords
- Make sure that the email account that you want to add is not already under Accounts.
- If it is select it and remove/delete account
- Add account
- Other Add Mail Account
- Enter name (the name you would like to show up on emails)
- Full Email address
- Password (case sensitive)
- Description cfaith
- Next
- Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)
- Host Name = mail.powerxmail.com
- Username = full email address
- Password = enter your password again even if you see dots
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
- Host Name = smtp.powerxmail.com
- Username = full email address
- Password = enter your password again even if you see dots (it is NOT optional)
- Next
When finished verifying you will save and the email address will show under accounts.
Go back to the home screen and click on the envelope and see if your mail is loading. If not you may need to shut off the device and turn it back on to restart.
