• Open Apple Mail
• Click the Mail drop down menu, then click Preferences...

   

  

• Ensure the Accounts tab is selected
• Select your @cfaith.com account in the left column
• Delete @cfaith.com account by selecting the +/- in bottom left corner
  • Please see deleting “internet accounts” in the next line

• An Internet Account must be removed for your email to work properly. If you see this when trying to remove your email account follow these steps:
  • Click the Apple icon in the top left of your screen > System Preferences > Internet Accounts. Select the appropriate account and remove

• Depending on your version of Apple Mail you may still be viewing the Accounts window after removing your email account. If not, go back to this window by following Step 1
• Ensure the Accounts tab is selected
• Add a new account by selecting the +/- in bottom left corner

Step 3(a). Reinstall @cfaith Account

• Depending on your version of Apple Mail you may be able to select the type of email account you would like to add. If yes, select other, if you do not have this option continue by selecting an to create new account.

• Enter the settings for the Incoming Mail Server:
  • Account Type: IMAP
  • Description (if applicable):
  • Mail Server: mail.powerxmail.com
  • Username: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
    • It’s important that your full Cfaith address is entered in this field.
  • Password: xxxxxxxx

• Enter the settings for the Outgoing Mail Server:
  • Description (if applicable): xxxxxxxx *this is user preference
  • Mail Server: smtp.powerxmail.com
  • Username: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
    • It’s important that your full Cfaith address is entered in this field
• Password: xxxxxxxx
• Click create (or next depending on your version)
  • Your password must be entered for your email to work properly

Your email is now set up. Congratulations!
