Click Tools and then click Account Settings
On the E-mail tab click New.
Check the box for "Manually configure server settings".
Select Internet E-mail.
Name: Enter your full name.
E-mail Address: Enter your full email address. (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
Account Type: Select IMAP
Incoming Server: mail.powerxmail.com
Outgoing Server: smtp.powerxmail.com
Username: Enter your full email address. (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
Password: Enter your email password.
Remember Password: Check the box.
Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): Do NOT check this box.
Choose More Settings
Update Outgoing Server:
Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Choose Use same settings as my incoming mail server
Update Advanced Tab:
Choose Advanced Tab (in More settings)
Incoming server (IMAP) 143
Use the following type of encrypted connection TLS
Outgoing server (SMTP) 25
Use the following type of encrypted connection TLS
Server Timeouts set to Long
Ok
Click Test Account Settings…
Note: If you receive an error, double-check that all steps were completed correctly and that your Internet connection is active. When the test is successful, click Next
Congratulations! You're done.
Update Outgoing Server:
Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Choose Use same settings as my incoming mail server
Update Advanced Tab:
Choose Advanced Tab (in More settings)
Incoming server (IMAP) 143
Use the following type of encrypted connection TLS

Use the following type of encrypted connection TLS
Server Timeouts set to Long
Ok
Click Test Account Settings…
