“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him” (Acts 10:38).
Does God perform money miracles? Now if you were to go through the Word of God, you would find that Jesus performed, of course, many miracles during His lifetime. We are very familiar with a number of them. But I want you to see that He performed many money miracles, as I like to call them.
Today’s text says that Jesus did two separate things. He went about doing good and healing. That brings about the question, what is the good that He did, besides healing? The other good things He did, is He also provided financial miracles. He did some extraordinary things in the finances of individuals.
If you put a fishing rod in the water, and the fish comes to the rod with money in its mouth, and it is enough money to pay taxes for you and somebody else, that is a miracle. We all know how much taxes are.
I was studying this and I saw all the different ways that God blessed people financially. I found out that God has used kings, lepers, fish, waterpots, even estranged family members – somebody said, “now that’s a miracle!”
As we know, God has used a boy’s lunch. God has had them throw nets out on the side. God has had the wicked come and give them something. And God has even had them marry a rich man. Somebody said, “Yeah, glory. That’s me. Honey with money cometh, glory to God!”
What are you saying, Pastor?
God has numerous ways to get your blessing to you. God can do things that you never thought would happen, like cause income to show up in a way that you never knew could even be done. So, as a believer, it doesn’t make any sense for you to sit down and try to figure out how God is going to do it. When you do that, all you are doing is wondering. And wondering is wavering. And wavering means you are going to do without.
So, instead of wondering how God is going to do it, just lift your hands and know that God is going to do it. God is going to get your blessing to you. He has a way to do it every time.
