Do you insist staff finish tasks and assignments, or do you let personnel slide at times?
Paul wrote the Corinthians and said, “But now finish doing it…” (2 Cor. 8:11 NASB).
In any organization, some people will be great starters or good workers but will stop short of finishing key work.
Hold workers’ feet to the fire. Insist tasks be completed.
Establish a deadline, ask if they need any help to finish, ask what roadblocks are in the way—but insist the work be completed.
Follow up daily if necessary, and accept no excuses
