Outlining Job Expectations

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

When hiring staff, do you carefully outline everything that is expected on the job?

Jesus was telling the people what was expected to be a follower, and “As a result…many of His disciples withdrew…” (John 6:66 NASB).

Some followers of Jesus did not want to pay the price of following the Lord, and many employees may become disillusioned after starting a new job.

Be clear and concise when discussing dress code, work behaviors, hours expected on the job and other work-related issues.

Those who accept your job offer will become longer-term employees.
