Remind Staff of Customer Requirements

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

Do you give staff regular reminders of customer requirements?

The Apostle Peter wrote, “I shall always be ready to remind you of these things, even though you already know them…” (2 Peter 1:12 NASB).

Customer service must be paramount for our entire staff.

Regular reminders of what is needed and expected to serve customers will help keep service from slipping.

Observe those serving customers, watch for any lapse, encourage those doing a great job and correct those who slip.

As you keep everyone sharp, customer service will be first rate and customers will return often.
