Train Staff In Customer Service

When training new staff members, are you careful to train them thoroughly in how to properly serve customers?

God told Moses, “See…that you make all things according to the pattern which was shown you…” (Heb. 8:5 NASB).

Customer service and product quality will only be as good as our staff perform.

When training new workers, carefully explain your process and be clear how the work needs to be accomplished to effectively serve customers.

Then observe them working to ensure your training was understood and implemented.

Staff will then be effective in serving customers.
