Work With Your Dream Job in Mind

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

Are you putting in a half-hearted work effort because you don’t have the job you really want?

King Solomon taught, “Whatever your hand finds to do, …do it with all your might…” (Eccl. 9:10 NASB).

A good principle to follow is to work for the job you would like, not necessarily the current job you have.

Effective managers observe staff everyday and take note of those who make a full effort versus those who do enough just to get along.

A band director said you would never play better during a performance than you did when practicing.

Stay diligent every day and size up that next promotion!
