Those who receive the mark of the beast (Rev. 13:16-18) will be in good standing with the Antichrist. They will be able to buy, sell, and prosper in the earth. However, they will have a major problem in their relationship with God. Notice what the Bible says:
A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: "If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the forehead or on the hand, he, too, will drink of the wine of God's fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulphur (hell) in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.This isn't an encouraging Scripture. I'm very glad that whoever accepts Jesus will not take the mark of the beast, nor will they worship him. Those who accept Jesus will spend eternity in heaven with Him (Rev. 15:2-4).
"And the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name."

I will close by sharing another Scripture that speaks of God's wrath being poured out on those who receive the mark and worship the beast.
And the first (angel) went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
