This phrase is Bible based! It is important to note that this phrase is always connected to where we go, or what we do with our lives. It is never used in praying for the sick in the Bible.
This is because the will of God is already stated concerning the area of healing (James 5:13-15). Here are some examples of how this phrase is used.
But I will come to you very soon, if the Lord is willing, and then I will find out not only how these arrogant people are talking, but what power they have.When a person uses this phrase they realize that God is in control of their lives and they are submitted to His will for their lives.

As it is, you boast and brag. All such boasting is evil.
