Christmas is: The Anointing to Set You Free

by | The Anointed Word

“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed” (Isa. 53:5 KJV).

Can you tell me what Christmas is all about? Because in that manger would grow up to be One who would obtain eternal redemption for us. He would walk the shores of Galilee, raise the dead and heal the sick. He would hang on the cross, and through the shedding of His blood we could walk free, and live in His love.

What is Christmas all about? Christmas is:

…JUSTIFICATION BY HIS BLOOD: Romans 5:1 says this: “Therefore being justified…” The word justified means declared righteous. God has declared you as being righteous. And only the righteous get into heaven. “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” We have the peace of God through, Jesus the Anointed, through Christ.

…PEACE THROUGH FAITH IN HIS NAME: Peace is available through Christ the Anointed One. The peace of God is not available through Hare Krishna. Peace with God is not available through Mohammed. It’s not available through Buddha. Neither is it available though your possessions or your good works. The Peace of God is available only through Jesus, the Anointed Savior.

…RECONCILIATION THROUGH HIS BLOOD: God is not mad at you. He loves you and wants to have a relationship with you, and live in you forever. II Corinthians 5:18, “And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.” God is not holding your sin against you. He has canceled your sin through the blood of Jesus the Anointed Savior, the Christ. He has restored you to favor with Himself.

…CONFESSING JESUS AS LORD: You must come one day and say, Jesus, I recognize you are the Master, you are the Savior, and I bow my knee down to you today and I turn my life over to you. I receive you as my Savior. And He says, “I love you my child, you receive my mercy and my grace. Your sin is washed away, and you now enter into eternal life.

That’s what Christmas is about. It is the Christ, the Anointing to heal you from sickness, give you total peace, and eternal salvation.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
