Do You Bear the Brunt of Your Business?

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

Do you ever feel you are carrying too much of a load in your business?

Moses told the people, “How can I alone bear the load and burden of you…” (Deut. 1:12 NASB).

We may easily feel overwhelmed in our business. A key not to being snowed under is effective delegation to all levels of your staff.

Start with adding one responsibility to each person reporting to you, even if that duty only takes a few minutes each week.

Outline carefully what must be accomplished. You may believe the training time won’t end, but the relief should be long term.

Delegate for accomplishment.
