Do you have staff who stretch the truth or lie to you and others?

Do you have staff who stretch the truth or lie to you and others?

King Solomon wrote, “Put away from you a deceitful mouth…” (Proverbs 4:24, NASB).

A key reliability factor for your business is customers believing what they are told.

An employee who lies to customers will destroy your company’s credibility in the marketplace.

Establish a clear policy that any untruthful statement made to a customer is grounds for immediate dismissal. When service or quality problems surface, be forthright with the customer and the purchaser will usually work with you.

Honest errors can be worked through, but blatant dishonesty destroys credibility.
