Don’t Look the Other Way

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

Do you ever have times when staff ignore your directions or company policies?

The Apostle Paul wrote, “Let no one disregard you” (Titus 2:15 NASB).

At times, staff may not follow through with your directives, instructions or company policies.

You may be tempted to look the other way, but if you do, the flood gate may be open for future and bigger violations.

All direct violations of policy and directions are serious.

Confront the issue directly, state what must change in the future, and if violations continue, state what future consequences will apply.

Team work will then improve your business.
