Dr. Cliff Carr is the founder and pastor of our church. He is a graduate of International Miracle Institute holding a doctorate in theology and is certified as Evangelistic Teacher through Dr. Kennedy's Evangelism Explosion International. He has been born again and spirit filled since 1980. Holds a certificate of completion for 1 year study of Dr. Norman Campbell's Basic Bible Study course.
