If you don’t have a revelation of something, then you can’t walk in it. Mental assent is not enough.
Revelation knowledge is an essential part of living in victory. When God reveals to you something from His Word, it always causes you to become positive. You’ll have a positive attitude.
“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him” (Ephesians 1:17, NKJV).
Quite simply, revelation knowledge of the Word of God determines how you react to the situations you are facing today.
Do you really believe:
You are special to God?
You are God’s most prized possession?
You are washed by the blood of Jesus from every sin, weakness and failure?
You are holy, blameless and above reproach in His sight?
You are crowned with glory and honor?
You have authority over every circumstance in your life?
God wants to turn every adversity into a victory?
God wants to turn every stumbling block into a stepping stone?
God wants to give you good things?
If you don’t have a revelation of something, then you can’t walk in it. Mental assent is not enough. It is always a lack of revelation knowledge that will cause you to live way below your privileges in Christ.
However, once you have revelation of how special you are to God, then praise God, you will be able to walk in every good thing that He has for you. I pray the Father may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.
