He Sent His Angel Just for You

by | The Anointed Word

“My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: for as much as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt” (Dan. 6:22).

Remember the story of Daniel and the lions’ den in Daniel, Chapter 6? He had been told, “You cannot pray to any other god besides the king for 30 days. If you do, you will be thrown into the den of lions. You must do what the king has decreed!”

But Daniel refused. He still got up every morning and prayed to the God of Israel! He was not going to worship any idol god. He was going to praise only his God, the true and living God! So the rulers took Daniel and threw him into the lions’ den. They said that he would be gone – eaten – by morning.

But the next day the king went down to the lions’ den, and he saw Daniel sleeping on the head of a lion. He yelled down into the den, “Oh, Daniel, has the Lord delivered you?”

Daniel replied, “My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: for as much as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt” (Dan. 6:22).

The Lord sent His angel, and His angel stopped the mouth of the lions. And you need to believe God has sent you an angel that will help you in your time of need. And your angel is a big boy. He’s dressed in fine clothes, and he is exceedingly strong. His job is to work for you. He’s just waiting for instructions.

It’s time for you to open your mouth and say, “Lord, I praise and magnify You today. I know that everything is going to be all right. In the Name of Jesus, I say that all of my bills are paid. In the Name of Jesus, I say my body is healed. In the Name of Jesus, I say my cupboards are filled. In the Name of Jesus, I have a way made for me. Now, angel, you go do what I say. Bring me my job. Bring me my money. Bring me my spouse. Bring back my wayward child.”

You have an angel that will help you in your time of need. So, it is time to open up your mouth and thank God for the way that He has provided for you with the ministry of angels.
