Insist on Compliance

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

Do you insist your staff follow through with your instructions?

James instructs, “Do not merely listen to the word…do what it says” (James 1:22 NIV).

A restaurant owner repeatedly instructed staff to comply with health department rules. Despite telling the kitchen staff many times what needed to be done, the staff was often lax in following through.

The health inspector came unannounced, and the restaurant failed the inspection.

Everyone knew what to do but failed to follow through. Insist your staff follow through for success.
