For the last 40 years, Joe has been traveling and ministering the Word of God around the world. He and his wife, Colleen, minister in churches and Bible schools, as well as oversee conferences and other events. Joseph has been featured on God Channel Europe, the Sid Roth program, Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), and Iranian television.

His primary focus is helping believers rise up and walk as sons of God, preparing them for their next appointment, "the Reward Seat of Christ," and for the coming of the Lord. He ministers with boldness, humor, unique demonstrations of God's power, and a steadfast determination to do the will of God. Those who listen to his messages are challenged to use their God-given gifts and abilities to bring in the end-time harvest and accomplish something significant for God in their generation.

Joseph is a 1981 graduate of Rhema Bible School.
