Jesus said, “If you love me, keep my commandments.”
Wow! We say that we love Him. But too often we don’t obey Him. He says if we really love Him the way we claim we do, that we will obey what He tells us to do.
Telling other people about the Lord can be one of the most wonderful and exciting things you’ll ever do, especially when they receive Him. But there may be times people will make fun of you for sharing your faith with others.
In some parts of the world Christians are actually killed for telling other people about Him. But we do it anyway because Jesus told us to.
Hopefully there is another reason as well—because we love people. We want everyone to know Jesus so they can spend eternity with Him.
People we know, as well as total strangers, all need to hear about Jesus. Without Him, they’ll spend eternity in hell.
It’s up to every one of us to do what we can to win the lost.
