God, I ask You for divine protection for the people of this nation. I pray for the safety of every person here. Keep us from harm’s way, and protect us from the plans of destruction that our enemies have plotted. Stop our enemies’ strategies of destruction.
Give wisdom, understanding, and discernment to the people who provide protection. Help us as citizens to be watchful and alert to signs of wrongdoing.
Give insight and ideas to inventors and scientists to create better ways to protect our country from financial, political, and mental espionage and terrorism.
Provide insight to national and local authorities to guard, defend, and ensure the safety of all American citizens, both at home and abroad. Help us to unite with government leaders and law enforcement personnel to make this country a safe place to live, work, and play.
