“But ye shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth” (Acts 1:8).
It is wartime in the Spirit realm. So get in the war. Stop sitting in church every Sunday, hearing the Word, loading up your weapons, and then never firing them. There are stockpiles of ammunition all over the Body of Christ, which have never been used.
It’s time to use your ammunition. This is opportunity time. People are hurting all over the place. Every time the news talks about fear, people are looking for you. Don’t you know you have the answer? You have the power!
The Holy Spirit is an endowment of power to witness and minister to others. God gave you the Holy Spirit because you are supposed to be Action Jackson.
Now is the time to get in the action. The devil has inadvertently opened the door.
People are watching the News; they see what’s going on and they are saying, “Oh my God, what am I going to do?” You can jump right in tell them about Jesus. Tell them He loves them. Tell them Jesus will save them, heal them, and protect them. Then ask them to pray the sinner’s prayer with you right now. Lead them to Christ. The power of the Holy Spirit will draw them.
Don’t stop ministering to them until see you them filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Then they can pray in the Holy Spirit and have victory in their lives.
It’s time for you to seize the moment, believer. You may be saying, “yes, but they might persecute me and come against me.” Well God is saying, “my grace is sufficient for you; my strength is made perfect in your weakness.” God knows you can’t do this in your own strength. He wants you to get out of your strength and get over in His strength.
In Him, you have strength that is beyond your natural muscles, your natural intellect, or your natural charisma. God’s strength is beyond that and it’s on the inside of you. So learn to glory in your infirmities that the power of the anointed One might empower you to witness to others.
The Holy Spirit is trying to motivate you to get your stuff out of the storeroom and load up your spiritual weapons and get in the fight. Don’t just take yourself to heaven. What fun is that? Get in the battle; take a whole trainload of people with you.
