Dustin grew up in the Twin Cities area and met his wife, Sabrinna, in high school. He first began attending Living Word in 2007. It was while serving in the ambassador ministry and through evangelism that Dustin knew he wanted to enter into ministry. After attending a four-year college, Dustin decided to enter the Disciple Internship. He completed the two-year program in Missions under Pastor Kent Otey, then joined the staff in Facility Maintenance. He and Sabrinna wed during that time. Thereafter, Dustin joined the pastoral staff and he and his wife began overseeing The Rock Jr. High. Since that time, they've moved over to the leadership of LW Youth.
