Secure Password Reset Tool
This is a User Guide for the new password reset tool. This tool allows end-users to reset their own passwords by using information they have previously entered, such as a cell phone number or an alternate email address, or by answering four secret questions. The tool allows the user to set up a new password that will take effect immediately.
Security Data Must Be Setup PRIOR To The Using The Reset Password Tool
1. Go to https://userportal.cfaith.com/login where you will click Account Management on the left menu, and Account Recovery on the left menu.
Provide an alternate email, phone number, and 4 security questions. Then clcik Update Receovery Information on the bottom.
2. Now to change your password click on Change Password on the left menu.
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password and cofirm password and click on Change Password at the bottom.
