William (Bill) S. Winston is a visionary leader with an insightful awareness of what people need to succeed and how he can empower them for success. Born in Tuskegee, Alabama, Bill credits the strong community and spiritual influences that surrounded him while growing up for the bold determination to be successful and to help others succeed.

As a young boy, he was influenced by the courageous examples and historic aviation accomplishments of the Tuskegee Airmen. As a young man, he attended the internationally known Tuskegee Institute (now Tuskegee University) where the spirit of invention and leadership permeated the environment.
