The Lord has already defeated Satan at the Cross. If we would quit magnifying Satan and giving him so much credit and just focus instead on the wonder-working God who fights our battles for us, we would see with our own eyes the victories we long for!
If the devil has been trying to bombard you with temptations, tests, and trials, remember, the battle is not yours, it’s God’s! You don’t have to try to “fight” Satan.
Just stand your ground with the Word of God and then begin to praise God that He is performing for you what He has promised you in His Word (Rom. 4:21; Heb. 10:23).
There will be circumstances in life that will look impossible to you. But if you are to stand firm and immovable on God’s Word, believing Him to fight every battle for you, you will need to learn the power in praise.
Learn to give God praise and glory in the midst of every trying circumstance—before those obstacles and circumstances change! Give God praise and glory for what He has promised you in His Word—even though you don’t see any change in your circumstances because that’s faith! And faith always wins the victory (1 John 5:4)!
If you know who you are in Christ, and the devil starts coming against you, you can throw your shoulders back and begin to march like a true soldier of God with the helmet of salvation intact, and your shield of faith raised high. You can boldly proclaim the promises of God, singing and praising God confidently for the victory, and you shall prevail!
Church, it’s time the Lord’s army begins to march forward and praise God! It’s time we use the praises of God to come against the crises the devil tries to throw at us!
