Lord, help me to grow spiritually. Help me to not let the daily activities and responsibilities fill my life to the point that I have no time for prayer, worship, and devotional times with You.
Holy Spirit, please prompt me to spend time with You, and help me to remember to put You first and to block out time every day to invest in my spiritual growth. I help me to set priorities and to recognize time-stealers. Give me the strength to say no before I over commit or take on more than I can handle.
Lord, increase my desire for spiritual things. Reveal to me areas where I need to grow. Help me to be conscious of everyday opportunities to pray, to meditate on Your Word, to speak Your Word, and to apply Your Word to my life. I humble myself before You, Teach me Your ways, direct my steps, let Your Word become alive in me. Help me to always be sensitive to what You want to do in my life. In Jesus’ name
