Dr. Philip Derber serves as the Senior Pastor of Faith Victory Church World Distribution Center along with his wife Dr. Alberta Derber. Born again in the summer of 1988, they were delivered from a lifestyle of drug addiction and alcoholism. From the beginning, God taught them how to live and govern their lives by faith in His Word. In September of 1992, Pastors Philip and Alberta pioneered and continues to pastor Faith Victory Church of Frankfort, KY.

Dr. Philip Derber is dedicated to teaching the Body of Christ how to live and govern their lives by faith in God’s Word and how to prosper through the laws of seedtime and harvest. God also uses him mightily in the gifts of miracles and healings. In addition to pastoring a growing congregation, Dr. Derber is also the founder of Times of Refreshing Ministries, lead singer/rhythm guitarist/songwriter for the RVN Band, and author with 100 books to his credit.

Dr. Alberta Derber ministers along side her husband. Pastor Alberta is dedicated to teaching the Body of Christ how to live and govern their lives by faith through an intimate relationship with God.
