Through Jesus Christ the New Covenant reveals our access to a better relationship with God than Adam had in the Garden of Eden. This love-covenant relationship will remove all our inner wound or pain and all our fear or weakness. This covenant will restore the kind of fellowship our Heavenly Father created us to enjoy with Him.
The Lord has provided us with a way back into perfect fellowship with Him even when we have sinned. First John 2:1 tells us, “…and if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous” (NKJV).
However, instead of resolving their failures through the free gift of forgiveness, many tend to do what Adam and Eve first did in the garden. They hid themselves and covered themselves with clothes they made from fig leaves.
A great deal of the misery we suffer comes from our continued attempts to hide and cover our weakness, and to compromise rather than confess our sin and receive forgiveness.
This covenant love that God has shown toward us is now within us. Romans 5:5 says, “…the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us” (NKJV). Now we too are capable of loving without conditions. His divine love has freed us from the limits of human love alone.
When this love is the foundation of a relationship or friendship there is a strength that cannot be shaken. A marriage founded on this covenant love does not let difficulties and misunderstandings bring it to the brink of divorce. This commitment resolves incompatibility rather than tolerating it.
Love is a choice, not a feeling.
When we choose love we will continue to love even when the feelings are not there. Even if we have lost the feelings, the covenant remains. If by faith we will honor the covenant, we can press through the hard times and find that the feelings will return.
This love is at the heart of covenant living. We can honor the covenant-love relationship with people even when we do not feel love. We can enter into a greater kind of love—the love of God. We are able to maintain a strong covenant life regardless of others’ actions or even their attacks.
God is love and we have been born of love. We must now choose to be ruled by love and give honor to the law of this Kingdom: the royal law of love.
The life of love activates the rain of God’s blessing and keeps us filled with the vision and hope of overcoming anything that comes against us because “love never fails” (1 Corinthians 13:8). Activate the blessing of God in your life by walking in the royal law of love.

Vikki and Dennis began as youth pastors in 1973 in Southern California where they received tremendous insight into the work of the local church. In 1976, they moved to Ft. Worth, Texas, to work with Kenneth Copeland Ministries. Vikki worked with KCM for three years before entering full-time ministry with her husband. Since that time, their relationship and involvement with Kenneth Copeland Ministries has continued. Vikki and Dennis have had numerous articles published in the Believer's Voice of Victory magazine.
Vikki has spoken in several nations including Australia, Japan, and Canada. She has ministered on television, radio, in women's conferences and marriage seminars. Her desire is to see people raised to a higher level of living through the Word of God. By acting on Gods principles, Vikki has obtained a testimony of victory and imparts encouragement to others.
Throughout the years, Vikki and Dennis have pursued new avenues of reaching people. The Lord has continued to expand their vision. Their dedication has affected thousands as they are impacting God's people with the love of God.
