Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we can touch this generation. However, reaching out to them any more than on a Sunday morning is a burden many are not willing to take on.
In fact, their tough, rough, unusual exteriors frighten many adults. We don’t take the time to look into their hearts and see they are searching for truth and longing for someone to show them the way.
When we present the Gospel to them and they turn us down, we quickly retreat and say, “See, I told you so. I told you they don’t want any help.” But it’s all a facade.
They do want help and they want it desperately.
Open your heart to the ministry possibilities around you. As long as there are teens on the street, there is a need for you to reach out and touch a life.
