Are you careful to pick your battles at work?

Are you careful to pick your battles at work?

Scripture instructs us, “Do not contend with a man without cause if he has done you no harm” (Proverbs 3:30, NASB).

Co-workers may get under our skin, but we need to be careful not to allow minor annoyances to build into a contest.

If you become irritated, determine if the issue has caused you harm. If so, speak to the person in a constructive manner, outline the issue and request a change of behavior.

If no harm was caused, release the matter and move on.

Focus your energy constructively for success.
