Do You Select Key Staff Who Demonstrate Solid Learning Skills?

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

When hiring staff, do you select those who demonstrate solid learning skills?

Scripture states, “Give instruction to a wise man, and he will still be wiser” (Prov. 9:9 NASB).

An old saying goes, some people have 10 years experience, while others have one year’s experience 10 times.

When hiring staff, take a good look at how well they will learn. Ask interview questions like, “What have you learned from each of your past bosses?” and “What is the greatest lesson a customer has taught you?”

By hiring those who demonstrate solid lifelong learning, you will build a solid staff.
