Do You Want To Be Appreciated By Your Staff?

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

Do you want to be appreciated by your staff?

King Solomon wrote, “…he who speaks right is loved” (Prov. 16:13 NASB).

Our staff wants and needs to hear the truth from us every time.

Every time you speak as the boss, your words carry weight. Ensure that your words are accurate and will maintain your high esteem with your staff.

Never fall into the temptation to say positive things to keep the peace or give a quick answer that may be wrong. Staff value truth and correct answers more than just pleasant words.

Leadership will grow as staff experiences your correct answers.
