Have you ever withheld a raise that was due an employee?

Have you ever withheld a raise that was due an employee?

King Solomon wrote, “Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it” (Proverbs 3:27, NASB).

When your employees have worked hard, achieved goals and helped grow your business, endeavor to be fair with your wage scale.

Reward your staff before you give yourself that big raise or pay a large bonus. Keep a balance between the profit of the business and the employees who help earn that profit.

Your fair wage scale will help retain key folks who will continue to build your business.
