Manage Consistently

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

Are you a consistent manager in your business?

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today,…and forever” (Heb. 13:8 NASB).

Our staff will work best when we are consistent with our interaction.

The hallmark of a good baseball umpire is consistency. Batters go nuts when a low pitch is called a ball and the next time the same pitch is called a strike.

Be even with any criticism. If you let things go and then lose your temper, staff will never know where they stand.

Identify your management style and then keep consistent for management success.
