When discussing key business issues, what style of communication do you use?

What style of communication do you use when discussing key business issues?

Scripture teaches, “…sweetness of speech increases persuasiveness” (Prov. 16:21 NASB).

Most of us are involved in discussions over business issues. Be firm, and use clear, calm speech to make your points.

Raising your voice or using strong language will establish battle lines and will not help to get your viewpoint accepted.

Slow down; use a calm but passionate voice tone. Focus on the facts of your position, not how you “feel” about your position.

Your sweetness of speech will help your viewpoint prevail with others.
